We arrived on site for analysis and, after leak testing and excavation, determined that the main water line was made from a material that is not only unrepairable but is also not safe for consumption.
We provided a replacement quote and the homeowner chose our lifetime warranty option. We replaced the main water line and helped the homeowner communicate with the Water Department so they could receive a credit on their water bill.
